Telstra Game Optimiser

The Telstra Game Optimiser subscription is a month to month subscription that you can cancel at any time. The subscription lets you configure your Telstra home network settings via the Telstra Game Optimiser interface to help improve your online gaming experience. You may only have one subscription per Telstra fixed nbn™ service. 

In order to take up the Telstra Game Optimiser subscription you must have:

• an existing Telstra consumer nbn fixed line broadband plan (incompatible with nbn Basic speed plans and Fixed Wireless and Ultrafast add-on) 
• a compatible modem (Telstra Smart Modem Gen 1.1, Gen 2.0 or Gen 3) connected to the nbn network

Once you purchase your Game Optimiser subscription via My Telstra (find out more www.telstra.com/mytelstra), you can manage and use your features on web interface or via a mobile app. To manage features on a web interface, you will need to access your Smart Modem Web Interface at http://mymodem/desktop/index.html. To manage your features on mobile, you will need to download and use the DumaOS App on a compatible iOS or Android device. If you choose to use the app to control the Telstra Game Optimiser services, you will need to agree to the DumaOS App's Terms of Use.

Data charges may apply to download and use the app. On both devices you will need to use your Smart Modem credentials to login. Unless they have been changed from default, these details are found at the base of your modem.

You can cancel your Game Optimiser subscription via your My Telstra account. Go to your Game Optimiser page and toggle the button across to cancel.

Casual (month-by-month)

$10 / month added on to your existing nbn plan charges

The Telstra Game Optimiser monthly subscription charge does not include: 

• the cost of your existing Telstra nbn plan. The minimum cost of your Telstra nbn plan is set out in the CIS you received when you took up your plan; or
  
• the Telstra Smart Modem (which costs $216) 

Your Telstra Game Optimiser Subscription will be charged monthly. Monthly charging will start at the end of your a trial period (if one is applicable). If you have previously had the Telstra Game Optimiser, charging will commence immediately upon re-activation of Game Optimiser in My Telstra. Cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the month on your next bill.
