Starting from 15 April 2025, Xbox All Access subscriptions will begin to be exited. Your subscription will end on or after this date, and any charges incurred after that will be credited on your next bill.
No, you will not be charged any termination charges or additional fees. All future charges for your Xbox console will be waived by Telstra, and there will be no early termination charges.
The console is yours to keep. You will not need to return it, and you can continue using it as you normally would.
Yes, all consoles come with a standard 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If your console is still within its warranty period after 15 April 2025, you will continue to be covered by Telstra.
Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will no longer renew after your Xbox All Access subscription ends with Telstra. After your credit is used up, you will need to sign up again to continue using this service.
Your subscription status can be seen from the account menu on your console. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide and then go to Profile & System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions. This will show the time remaining and the expiry date of your subscription.
You can continue your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription with Telstra by visiting telstra.com.au/xgp, provided you have an eligible service. Alternatively, you can sign up via Xbox.com or via your Xbox console once your subscription has expired with Telstra.
When your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription ends, you will no longer be able to access the games provided by the subscription. However, your game data and saved content will remain intact and can be accessed if you repurchase the games or resubscribe later. Any games you bought outright will still be available to play.
