    To find out if you’ve already signed in using your Telstra ID on the app, sign in and see if your name appears under Profile.

    I don't know my Telstra ID

    Got a Telstra ID but forgotten it? Don’t worry, you can recover your username and password by telling us your name and account or phone number.

    I need a new Telstra ID

    If you're a Telstra customer and you don't have a Telstra ID, you can easily create one.

    Important

    If you’ve changed your My Telstra password and find your Bigpond or Telstra email password isn’t working, you’ll also need to:

    Update your email password

    How do I remove my Telstra ID from the app?

    1. Go to the profile icon
    2. Select Manage Telstra IDs
    3. Select Remove a Telstra ID.
