As of 30 April 2025, our website services and extras will no longer be available. You can call us to discuss what this means for your business.

Things you need to know

If you're subscribed to website services, you can continue to access your services until 30 April 2025. Thereafter, your subscription will be cancelled.

You can keep your website online by transferring to our recommended provider. We're here to help you with this change and will call you before the cancellation of your service to discuss your options.

Frequently asked questions

To minimise downtime, we can help transfer your website to Spotzer Digital, our recommended provider. Spotzer Digital currently delivers our Business Website Services, so you’ll continue to work with the same team as you worked with when your website was managed by Telstra. Alternatively, you can copy the contents of your website to a provider of your choice.

Business Website Services refers to a website hosting service previously called Online Essentials. The website plans deliver website hosting and a series of extras, such as digital marketing services, deliver additional support.

As of 30 April 2025, Business Website Services (formerly Online Essentials) will no longer be available. If you're currently subscribed, it will appear as either Business Website Services or Online Essentials on your business account, depending on when you first took up the service.

You can keep your business domain name if you choose to transfer your web hosting to the provider recommended by Telstra. You'll also be able to keep your domain if you switch to another provider, so long as they support the process.

Yes, you can keep your email if you choose to transfer your website to our recommended provider. If you move your website to another provider, you’ll need to seek alternative support to migrate your business email to your new provider.

If you transfer your website to the provider recommended by Telstra, you'll receive a similar service to what you receive today. If you choose to switch to another provider by moving your website content manually, the service you receive will depend on the provider you've chosen to work with.
