Tech Services cancellation

Tech Services refers to an IT support service previously called Platinum for Business. The service allows business customers to contact tech experts 24/7 for over-the-phone support.

As of 30 April 2025, Tech Services (formerly Platinum for Business) will no longer be available. If you're currently subscribed to Tech Services, it will appear as either Tech Services or Platinum for Business on your business account, depending on when you first took up the service.

If you’ve already subscribed, you can continue to access your service until 30 April 2025. Thereafter, your subscription will be cancelled.

As of 1 May 2025, Tech Services will no longer be available.

If you’ve already subscribed to Tech Services, you can continue to access your service up to and including 30 April 2025. Thereafter, your subscription will be cancelled.

Yes, you can cancel your Tech Services subscription anytime. To cancel, call 13 7055. You won’t be charged any cancellation fees for ending your subscription before 1 May 2025.

Yes, you’ll receive updates before and after the cancellation of Tech Services via email.

Once your subscription is cancelled, you’ll no longer be able to subscribe to Tech Services, as it will no longer be available.

Yes, we’re committed to making sure open service requests are closed. Unresolved issues will continue to be worked on so long as the original issue was raised before 30 April 2025.

Your final Tech Services bill will arrive in April and include charges for Tech Services until 30 April 2025.
