As a woman tech leader, I want to share my experiences, the support I have received, and offer advice to other women aspiring to climb the ranks in this thrilling, yet challenging industry.

I was lucky enough to be one of 10 Telstra employees nominated by Product & Technology and selected to participate in the inaugural On-Country Exchange Program hosted by Indigenous Desert Alliance (IDA) and Goldfields Esperance Rangers (GACS).
