5. IPX7 is based on laboratory test conditions for submersion in up to 1 metre of fresh water for up to 30 minutes. IPX2 water resistance rating is based on laboratory test conditions for dripping fresh water (3 mm/min) onto the product when it is tilted by up to 15º for up to 2.5 minutes. Charging case is not water resistant. If the Buds or your hands are wet, they must be dried thoroughly prior to handling or placing into the charging case.
