Reward Options

Reward Options are an exciting new way to reward you for having your services with Telstra. When you qualify for Reward Options (see below) you get to choose from fantastic rewards like up to 125 free Local Calls, 125 free SMS or $25 of free Family Calls every month1:

  1. Simply choose the Reward Option that suits you
  2. The more eligible Telstra service types you have, the more rewards you receive.

For example, two Telstra eligible service types would give you up to 50 free Local Calls a month, three or more eligible Telstra service types would give you up to 125 free Local Calls a month. Have a look at the table below to see how it works.

Your monthly Reward options

Bundle your home phone with any one or two other Telstra service from mobile, pay TV or internet for your choice of free calls or text messages.

All you need is HomeLine™ Plus (our most popular HomeLine service), HomeLine Advanced, HomeLine Reach, HomeLine Together, HomeLine Ultimate or ISDN™ Home and one or more of the following Telstra service types on a Single Bill

  • A Telstra post paid mobile plan - $20 or above per month2
  • any BigPond™ Dial-Up Internet, ISDN or Satellite post paid plan $20 or above per month, or on any BigPond Broadband plan with monthly charge of $39.95 or above
  • FOXTEL from Telstra.

1. Local call offer excludes some calls Calls to "13" and 1300 numbers are not local calls. SMS offer excludes premium and Online SMS. Unused free calls/SMS are forfeited. Family Calls offer excludes some calls. Any included mobile calls, monthly call credits and mobile bonus options are applied first. For Reward Options: limits apply on number of services that may be included; only one Reward Option per account; it is incompatible with any other packages (including services connected under the Big Broadband Offer (Campaign Code 3288)) or pensioner call discounts; and some services are excluded. Service cannot be used for unauthorised purposes as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Excludes mobile satellite services on corporate plans or corporate staff plans.
