Privacy at Telstra

Purpose

Telstra's Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to the protection of your personal information. Telstra's Privacy Principles outline all the ways we protect your personal information, how and why we collect it, how we may use and disclose it, how we keep it secure and accurate, as well as how you may access it. The principles also set out the methodology that we adopt when considering the introduction of new technology or services.

Your personal information held by Telstra may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, email address, bank account or credit card details, occupation, driver's licence number and your Telstra PIN, username or password as well as information relating to the services that we provide to you.
