Calling overseas from your mobile
Now there are more reasons to be calling China and India on your mobile from Australia. Adding our $10 per month International Pack to your existing Telstra mobile plan and you can make voice calls to not only China and India, but also Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand, for just 2 cents per minute (with no call connection fee).
There’s also a $15 per month International Pack that lets you call 10 countries from Australia for just 7 cents a minute. This includes Malaysia, Vietnam, South Korea, Taiwan and Turkey.
If the International Packs do not suit your needs, you might benefit from an International Connect Pack that gives you a monthly allowance to call any standard international number from Australia - for a low monthly fee.
Now there’s no excuse not to call family and friends more often.
Business International Packs are also available for Business, Enterprise and Government customers who need to call and SMS overseas fixed and mobile numbers.
$10 International Pack
Our $10 International Pack gives you access to a 2-cent per minute voice call rate (with no Flagfall) from Australia to fixed lines and mobiles in China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Thailand. In addition it gives you a discounted international SMS rate of 25c per message. The pack also includes $10 of credit per month to use on international calls and international standard SMS.

Our $15 International Pack gives you access to a 7-cent per minute voice call rate (with no Flagfall) from Australia to fixed lines and mobiles in Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Israel, Brunei, Iran and Turkey. In addition it gives you a discounted international SMS rate of 25c per message. The pack also includes $15 of credit per month to use on international calls and international standard SMS.

$30 International Connect Pack
Our $30 International Connect Pack gives you $150 worth of voice calls and SMS to any standard international number from Australia, for $30 per month. Standard international call and text rates apply.

Things you need to know
- Excludes use while overseas.
- For our International Video Call Rates, refer to Our Customer Terms.
- All voice call rates are per-minute rates.
- A single SMS is up to 160 characters. For single SMS of 160 or more characters, we charge the SMS fee for each 153 standard characters or part thereof. An MMS is up to 500kB in size.
- Included allowance can be used on voice calls and standard SMS to standard international numbers, whilst in Australia. All other use (ie MMS, video calls and use while overseas) is excluded. Unused allowances expire monthly.
- You can cancel your International Connect Pack or International Pack at any time. If you do not cancel your International Connect Pack or International Pack it will continue on a monthly basis and you will be charged each month until you cancel.
- You can only subscribe to one International Connect Pack per eligible service
