Premium Packages Administration Charges

Administration Charges apply for certain requests regarding your Telstra Internet Direct Premium Package. These charges (inclusive of GST) are detailed below.

Administration Charges - Megalink and ATM Premium Packages

Link Bandwidth Change Charge Upgrade or downgrade of Link Bandwidth between adjacent Bands. Movement up or down more than one Band will be subject to multiple change Charges. Changes within a Band do not incur a Charge, only a change to the relevant Monthly Charge:
  • Between Bands: 1 to 2, 2 to 1, 2 to 3, 3 to 2, 3 to 4, 4 to 3, 4 to 5, 5 to 4. (a)
  • Between Bands: 5 to 6, 6 to 5. (b)
  • Between Bands: 6 to 7, 7 to 6, 7 to 8, 8 to 7. (c)
Note – this charge does not apply to the Single Uplink service 		(a) nill

Manual Change Charge Customer requests Telstra to change the Link Bandwidth or to make other miscellaneous manual changes to the Customer’s service. Charge does not apply where Customer changes its own Link Bandwidth. Charge is in addition to the Link Bandwidth Change Charge. $110
Additional Port Connection Charge Connection of an additional Ethernet MAN port at the Customer Premises. $3,960
Additional Port Monthly Rental Charge Provision of an additional Ethernet MAN port at the Customer Premises. $3,960
