Administration Charges
Administration Charges apply for certain requests regarding your Telstra Internet Direct Service. These charges (inclusive of GST) are detailed below. Additional Administration Charges may apply if you are on a Telstra Internet Direct Premium Package.

| Downgrading existing pricing plan or access speed | $550 |
| Change of Customer (where allowed - see Our Customer Terms) | $550 |
| Implementing Access Port connections outside of Business Hours | Charges to be determined on a time and materials basis |
