Exchange Mail Pricing
This pricing information should be read in conjunction with the Telstra Internet Direct Section of Our Customer Terms.
When you purchase Telstra Exchange Mail with your Telstra Internet Direct service, you will be charged a monthly charge for each mailbox that you use during the month and for any excess storage used above the 15MB allowance per mailbox. Different charges apply for Standard, Standard + Calendar and Advanced mailbox options.
The table below details the monthly ongoing charges that apply for each mailbox option (inclusive of GST), as well as the respective monthly charge per mailbox as varied by the volume of mailboxes . An example has been provided below.

In a single month, a customer has 5 Standard mailboxes and 25 Advanced Mailboxes.
Standard Mailboxes
5 x $7.45 = $37.25
$7.45 per mailbox since the number of Standard Mailboxes is in the 0-24 mailbox volume tier.
Advanced Mailboxes
25x $17.00 = $425.00
$17.00 per mailbox since the number of Advanced Mailboxes is in the 25-49 mailbox volume tier.
