The Online Statement of Charges can be viewed by Telstra Internet Direct customers in CustData. Simply select "View Bills" from the "Account Administration" section. Unlike the conventional paper bill which will still be mailed and used for payment processing, the online statement of charges should be used for information purposes only. It will provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs associated with your Telstra Internet Direct service.
