| If you already have: | 1. an access service, which does not require modification (eg bandwidth, speed, network access); and 2. you only want to modify your existing Telstra Internet Direct service (eg Gigabyte Allowance, pricing option) Use the standard forms |
| If you need: | 1. a new Business Broadband access service, or you wish to amend an existing Business Broadband access service or 2. Telstra Exchange Mail service or 3. a Telstra Internet Direct Service via ISDN Use the standard forms |
