The FFNC web forms have been retired due to the merge of the function within the Order Online application. Your new Feature & Network Changes (FNC) function is now available via Order Online. If you have not already migrated to Order Online in preparation for this change you will need to obtain an Order Online login. To arrange an Order Online login credential using Telstra's Registration & Enrolment system, please visit http://www.telstraenterprise.com/customertools/Pages/RegisterEnrol.aspx

Once you have your Order Online credential, you will access the new FNC via https://web02.telstra.com/orderonline by selecting the Feature & Network Changes option. From the FNC landing page you will be able to create new requests or search requests you have raised previously for monitoring purposes.
