Increasing our prices means we can keep investing in our network, products and services as data usage continues to rise, while also taking into account higher nbn wholesale costs. We continue to invest in our 24/7 network security to help protect customers against scams, the latest technology such as WiFi 7 in our Smart Modem 4 — with features like AI powered SmartFix and capped speed mobile network backup on bundled plans (mobile coverage required) — and offering customers the widest range of support options, whether instore, over the phone or online.
