[Upbeat music starts]

FOOTAGE: We open with our narrator, a young and confident woman, walking towards her car. As she gets into the driving seat, she briefly checks the rear-view mirror, and then turns around to talk to the camera smiling.
VO: At Telstra, we love solving problems.
FOOTAGE: We see the narrator driving away in her car. Then we cut to multiple ariel shots smooth-flowing and organized vehicular traffic.
VO: Like the advanced analytics of Telstra Spatial Insights, which keeps the traffic flowing smoothly.
FOOTAGE: The narrator stands outside an old building with graffiti on the walls. She is wearing a hoodie and as she walks towards the camera, she pulls down the hood. She has a look of determination. She walks into a dimly lit basement with a group of scammers working intensely on desktops, their eyes glued to the monitors.
VO: Or the scam and unwanted e-mails you get?
FOOTAGE: She pulls down the lever of the main electrical circuit, severing the power connections. Desktop monitors go blank and we see the group of scammers running away.
VO: We block hundreds of millions of them monthly.
FOOTAGE: The narrator is now in her home garden, walking with a Telstra delivery carton for a handset towards the recycling bin.
VO: How do we protect the environment?
FOOTAGE: Close-up of the box in the narrator’s hand. It’s a device box with a Telstra logo and an animated ‘recycle’ sign.

FOOTAGE: The narrator dumps the box in the recycling bin. The scene transitions to an underwater view of sub-sea cable network.
VO: Need to feel connected?
FOOTAGE: From sub-sea cables, the camera moves up and transitions to a space view of the Earth. Around the globe, multiple visuals appear of people using various devices. An animated digital network is formed to connect all of them across geographies.
NARRATOR: Our network of sub-sea cables enables global connections.
FOOTAGE: Cut to the camera travelling down towards the earth at speed through the clouds, slowing down as it captures a bird's-eye view of the narrator’s house below. She is seen through the sun window on the roof. Zoom in further: In her room, she is speaking to her dog on a video call – the dog seems to be listening to her.
VO: Good boy! (giggles)
FOOTAGE: Transition to the narrator as a newsreader in a newsroom, still looking at her phone and giggling. ‘Telstra Today LIVE’ is written in the backdrop.
BACKGROUND SOUND: And action!
Footage: Startled, the narrator immediately puts her phone away and starts talking to the camera.
VO: There’s a lot to get done–
FOOTAGE: The narrator is interrupted by the weather forecaster. The weather forecaster is also portrayed by the narrator.
VO: –and that’s why we’re here, here, here and in over 20 other countries.
FOOTAGE: The camera focusses again on the newsreader.
VO: But what brings us all together? Knowing that when we come together to solve problems…
FOOTAGE: Cut to the narrator seen on a TV screen, continuing to talk from her room. Zoom out: The TV is in an office meeting room. She is addressing her team on the video call.
