On 21 October 2026, your Telstra Order Express account will move to our new platform, Telstra Order Exchange. This upgrade is part of our commitment to delivering a simpler, more connected ordering experience across Telstra’s digital tools.
To support the move to Telstra Order Exchange, Telstra Order Express will be unavailable from 3pm AEDT on Friday 16 October until 9am AEDT on Wednesday 21 October.

Frequently asked questions
No. You won’t be able to place orders for products or services through Telstra Order Express during the transition period. However, you can still manage some changes during this time using the alternative channels below:
- Cancel a mobile service: Use Telstra Connect
- Replace or update a SIM: Use Telstra Connect
- Change a plan: Contact your usual Telstra support team
- Set up international roaming: Use Telstra Connect
The following changes cannot be made during the transition period:
- Order new devices, accessories or SIMs
- Device Enrolment Services (DES)
- Order devices or hardware that require device enrolment
- Activate services and devices
We’ll email you a link to access Telstra Order Exchange when it’s available. The link will also be updated on this page. If you’ve bookmarked Telstra Order Express, you’ll need to update it with the new link to Telstra Order Exchange.
If your email address is already registered as a Telstra ID, sign in using your existing email address and password.
If your email address is not already registered as a Telstra ID, we’ll create a Telstra ID for you. The first time you try to sign in to Telstra Order Exchange, you’ll receive an email from no-reply@notify.telstra.com with a link to set your password.
If you don’t receive the email or the link has expired, go to the Telstra Order Exchange sign-in page and select Recover account.
Your Telstra ID can also be used to sign in to Telstra Connect and Your Telstra Tools if you have access to those platforms.
The new Telstra Order Exchange platform will have a refreshed look and feel with improved navigation, but the ordering process will remain familiar. Updated user guides will be available from 21 October to help you get started.
Yes. Your existing order history from Telstra Order Express will be available in the new Telstra Order Exchange platform.
If you are a Telstra Enterprise customer:
- Contact your Enterprise Service Delivery team using your dedicated phone number or email.
- Or call 1800 730 062 or email Corporate.SDT@team.telstra.com.
If you are a Telstra Business customer:
- Contact Business Support by calling 132 253 or emailing business.care@team.telstra.com.
- Raise a request via Telstra Connect.
- Engage your Customer Success Manager.
