Call Centre Standard
The Telstra IP Telephony Call Centre provides a mechanism for incoming calls to be queued and distributed to Agents. The Call Centre Supervisor has management capabilities to monitor and assist Agents, and to manage the queued calls in real time. TIPT Call Centre offers two packages to suit varying needs. You can choose a Call Centre Standard or upgrade to more advanced features with Call Centre Premium.
Call Centre Premium
Call Centre Premium has all of the features of the standard package plus enhanced functions to suit larger call centres and provide more personalised service.
