Managed Data Networks

There are two Managed Data Networks bundles to choose from or you can opt for a customised service. Our bundles are convenient, pre-packaged solutions offering CPE, installation, commissioning, as well as management and maintenance, all for a simple monthly fee. We offer both reactive and proactive management type.

Reactive MDN Bundle

Provides management on a reactive basis whereby you contact the help desk when you detect a fault, since we do not proactively poll equipment. This suits sites such as small branch offices, where network availability is less critical.

Proactive MDN Bundle

Provides proactive monitoring and alarming, plus response, diagnosis and repair. This service suits mission-critical sites.

Both MDN Bundles offer:

• 24/7 service coverage, 365 days a year, based on either a 12, 24 or 36 month term
• Router or LAN Switch components bundled into a single monthly payment with no up-front fees
• Choice of Cisco and/or Juniper routers and switches
• Full design and commissioning services with professional on-site installation
• Four-hour (where available) device maintenance replacement
• Monthly activity reporting

In addition to monthly activity reporting, the Proactive MDN Bundle includes Online Reporting plus the option of Written Analysis Reporting.

When deployed with Telstra SLA Premium we can offer customised, enhanced SLAs for the end-to-end management of your total service including Telstra data carriage. Please note that we will not manage our competitors’ data networks.
