Things you need to know
Typical download speeds of 2Mbps to 40Mbps are available in all capital CBDs (meaning within 5km from GPO), associated airports and selected regional locations (3km from regional town centre). Outside these areas, speeds will be less. Actual speeds vary due to factors such as location, distance from the base station, local terrain, user numbers, hardware & software configuration and download source/upload destination.
Business Performance Plans: If you cancel early, you must repay the remaining handset repayments in addition to any early termination charges for your service. Our FairPlay policy applies. Included allowance excludes some usage such as calls to Sensis 1234, 12 234 and 12 455, third party content calls, international calls, international roaming calls and messages, premium SMS and MMS and calls to 19xx and 12xx numbers, wake up and reminder calls, operator assisted calls, information calls and reverse charge calls. SMS and calls to Pivotel numbers are not available. Unlimited SMS - excludes MMS, international or premium SMS, Video MMS, content MMS, SMS voting, SMS games, PocketNews, WebNotes, MobileFun, SMS Access Manager, Online SMS Business, some SMS Chat, and some Instant Messaging Services.
