Typical customer upload speeds are 300kbps–3Mbps in all capital cities and major regional areas and elsewhere 300kbps–1Mbps.
3G and 4G Speed: Actual speeds vary due to factors such as distance from the base station, local terrain, user numbers, hardware and software configuration and download source / upload destination. See Telstra.com/mobilebbcoverage for details of coverage areas.
