We operate a Specialist Call Centre to assist customers who are receiving unwelcome telephone calls. Our staff are trained to deal with everything from basic advice, to liaison with the police on call tracing. They will help you come up with positive action to solve your problem.
All staff in this area undergo background checks prior to commencing work within the centre, and are aware of the requirements provided by the Privacy Act 1988, and the Telecommunications Act 1997.
